Alvin M. Mahawan holds a Baccalaureate Degree in Biological Science, Master’s Degree in Science Education, and is currently pursuing his dissertation writing leading to the degree of Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership in Management. Along with his unwavering commitment to providing quality education as a full-time faculty member at Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa, Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology, he has also been certified by the Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) as a trainer of Master Course for Education.

His valuable contributions as a regarded academic researcher have built bridges for him to bag a number of highly-prized awards including Best Research Presenter, DEBESIAN’s Choice Outstanding Educator of 2021, and Accreditation Rangers Award, to name a few. Currently, he takes pride in his focus on teaching both Science & Professional Education major subjects at DEBESMSCAT. Continuously serving his passion as a valuable faculty member of the academe, he continues to hold title of an Active Researcher of the College.
