Dr. Chutiwat or Teacher Chang graduated with his doctorate degree in Education Technology from Chulalongkorn University, currently holding a position of a Lecturer at the Office of Educational Technology, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University. Teacher Chang is interested in instructional design, interactive media design for education, teaching measurement and evaluation, and educational technology. He has a variety of guaranteed works both articles and research and is also awarded for a Social Sciences and Humanities Young Researcher from the Prachachuen Research Network In addition, Teacher Chang is a certified trainer from many world-class institutions such as Google. He has continued to spread knowledge of technology in education until now. “I believe technology plays a part in driving education. However, the choice of technology and adapting it to all kinds of situations is the most important thing that every teacher should pay attention to”, said Teacher Chutiwat.
