Glenah A. Taguibao is a vital actor in the development of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in the educational landscape. On top of being a Microsoft Certified Trainer & Ambassador, an Innovative Educator Expert, a Qualified Educator, and a Microsoft Office Specialist, she is also one of the country's most knowledgeable IT professionals. To add, she takes pride of being certified in Azure Fundamentals and Azure AI, as well as holding certifications at levels 1 & 2 as a Google Certified Educator and Adobe Certified Educator.

Widely regarded as Tutor Glenz, or "Ma3ztra" as she is affectionately known in the HTN community, Ms. Glenah serves as a Senior EdTech Specialist who joined the HTN team in February 2021. As a valued member, she takes charge in ETUlay Pinoy Gen Z Digital Citizenship and Digikidz episodes. Currently, she acts as the Program Lead for DepEd's PD-LMS.

On top of what’s mentioned, co-educators whom she have helped are very much aware of what she can put to the table with her cutting-edge concepts. With her passion to lead and vision to inspire, she has helped equip fellow teachers in seamlessly transitioning from traditional to 21st century teaching through efficient ICT integration.
