Nurulfadzilah Hasan received her bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2003.Then she received her masters’ degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university in 2005.

She has been working as a lecturer in Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah since 2006, where she teaches electronics and computer engineering subjects. She often incorporates active learning in all her classes and is a certified ClassPoint trainer.

Besides teaching, she is also active in research activities. Her fields of research are engineering education, material science for electronics, computer engineering and wireless communication.
