Guo Qiang served in the Singapore Armed Forces for over 11 years and was instrumental in the SAF learning transformation efforts. Guo Qiang was an Adjunct Adult Educator, Associate Curriculum Developer and Associate Learning Solutionist at the Institute for Adult Learning. Guo Qiang specializes in Educational Management and Research, Coaching, Facilitation, Workplace Learning and Learning Technology. Guo Qiang holds a Master of Arts in Educational Management from NIE, NTU. Guo Qiang is currently pursuing the Doctor of Business Administration programme from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. His research focus is in the area of strategic leadership in driving business excellence in the CET landscape. He also holds Graduate Certificate in Workplace Learning, WSQ DACE and ACTA qualifications. Guo Qiang was the Chairperson for Special Interest Group – Learning Technology for 2020 to 2023.
