Dr. Sue hails from Penang and has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Mara Penang branch since 2005. Prior to teaching at UiTM, she served as a Civil Engineer for 4 years. Currently, she is the Head of E-Learning Team at UiTM Penang. Dr. Sue is a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE) and MIE Master Trainer, and has been a speaker for 15 webinars related to the use of Microsoft products (OneNote, Teams, Office 365) and OBS. She has been invited to conduct workshops at most institutions of higher learning such as Aminudin Baki Institute, IPG Tuanku Bainu Campus, Universiti Malaysia Pahang, International Islamic University Malaysia, Adni International School, as well as UiTM Kedah and Negeri Sembilan branches. In addition, Dr. Sue is also active in international live streaming programs and has been appointed UiTM Youtube Channel Producer for the UiTM-UPM-IOWA State University program (April 2021); E -forum: Advancing Teaching and Learning in Tertiary Education (April 2021) - Japan, New Zealand, Iraq, Malaysia; and Nusantara Dance Philosophy Webinar (Organized by HEP UiTM Penang Branch) - Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, Indonesia.
